Michele Rosenfeld was the lead attorney for the Montgomery County Planning Board from 1996 to 2006. Before her 16 year career at Park and Planning she worked for the National Association of Home Builders and the Montgomery County Board of Appeals.
In addition to her agency experience, Ms. Rosenfeld also has litigated land use and zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels in the Maryland state and federal courts.
Ms. Rosenfeld opened her own law firm in 2006 and represents individual property owners, business owners, non-profit organizations and community organizations in a variety of matters affecting property rights.
Ms. Rosenfeld is a 1987 graduate of the Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, and a 1984 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is a member of the Maryland bar.
